W&F council (newly formed) has three areas - Barrow, South Lakes and Eden. My request is for Eden, but others may value the other areas too.

Barrow and South Lakeland area are supported by the ICS source, I added dedicated documentation for them in #1937

Eden area unfortunately only offers a PDF download, which we do not parse, I can take a look if you find any other way to get the data than this PDF.

As long as there is only a PDF you need to use the static source to manually define the collection dates, which does not look to be that hard as they seem to follow a pattern.
