[Bug]: Montreal data source returns empty response

I Have A Problem With:

A specific source

What's Your Problem

When I try to configure the source via the GUI, specifying my sector, I get the following error:

"The source returned an empty response. Please check the provided arguments and try again."

This triggers with the sector: PMR-OM-02r And with the example sector of MHM_41-1

Looks like sector MHM_41-1 does not state the exact collection dates

which was described here #1654 by @julienboriasse
