The holidays that affect the pickup date on and this site: https://ggsc.gov/wp-content/uploads/SMALL_SVCS_1_2023.pdf If the pickup date is on or after the holiday, then the pickup is the next day.

SO there is no good way for us to integrate this, but you can use the static source for that
