Request for Wakefield Council, UK #305

Wondering if anyway was able to do something with Wakefield council? The URL looks as if it provides a uprn, so not sure if that helps?

Not sure thats going to be very easy, they look to be using Incapsula. One of the things it helps prevent is scraping websites.
