select/colorpicker dialogs moved over to left column
altered colors (blue to openHAB's red/orange)
fix ValueError when switch has an unexpected value
bump addon.xml dependency version

Thanks for sharing your fixes! The transparency is indeed a big issue. The menu skin is taken from openELEC/libreELEC's configuration dialog. Meanwhile they adapted the look to the new Estuary skin. If I would have more time I would try to merge the new look into the addon.
