What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The included kml file has two folders: AZ and NM. Both folders are setup
for rollover effect. They use different "normal" styles but share the same
"rollover" style. The difference is that icon scale is 1.0 on AZ polygons,
but set to 0.0 on NM polygons.
2. If you mouseover the AZ shapes, they'll turn white and the icon will
change from a white circle to a red square. If you mouseover the NM shapes,
the polygon will turn white and the icon only turns red, but the icon is a
circle.
3. If you move rapidly over the NM shapes, it will show the icon as a red
square. Occasionally, it will display a square, but is not consistent.
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Shouldn't the NM polygons consistently show a red square?
What application versions (if any) are you using?

Win XP (SP3) and Firefox 3.6
