What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I create a KMZ file with KML data, an images folder and an Icons folder
and upload it to my webserver.
1. If I download the file from htp://www.gtrek.co.uk/~googlemaps/route.kmz
and load into Google Earth the images and icons display correctly
2. load this
http://earth-api-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/demos/mapsapi/ggeoxml.html and
then load the link above into it. Icons are OK but no pictures
It would appear that when loaded into the API the referances to the Icons
are treated as relative but the referances to the images are treated as
absolute and thus don't display.
What application versions (if any) are you using?
Google Earth 5.1+
current version of the API
Which operating systems (and/or relevant web browsers) are affected?
Windows XP, Windows 7
