There are not references to the register page from the user.ejs or the users.ejs files. Shouldn't there be a link or something so consumers would know how to create new users?

In the json example, this was included on the collection resource. Would it be the same here?

Ok, I see it now, in the the layout page. So you include the links to all forms for all pages?

well, the actual design of each representation is up in the air, really. IOW, there is no "rule" about where links should appear.

The example in the book definitely does not include all possible links, tho.
