Connection refused #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change rtmp service port
2. Registration is fine.
3. I got error when create audio connection.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

[SocketConnector-0] ERROR org.red5.server.webapp.sip.RTMPUser -
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CentOS 5.2+Red5 0.8 RC2+red5phone v0.0.03
