Hello,
Yes, RED5Phone is open source project.
You can see the source code of Flex @ 
http://red5phone.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/sip/flex/src/

If you use a Linux PC just type "svn checkout 
http://red5phone.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ red5phone" then you can download the 
whole 
project.

If you use Window$ use a SVN client or Flex Builder 3 with Subclipse plug-in.
