• [ ] Shift booking system Booking shift through system directly instead through google docs. Can be initially open, but should later be part of our auth scope.
• [ ] Product management system Integration with existing product information (Zettle) and addition of more information through an admin portal. This information can then be consumed by other system, like OMS, the frontend to display or other consumers, allowing integration with other food cooperatives. Could be extended by a Slack app, to look up information on a product.
• [ ] Order management system (OMS, in progess)
• [ ] #15 Overview of existing tasks within the organisation and tracking of their progress, allowing for better communication between members. Must be integrated with current main communication platform, Slack.
• [ ] Budget creation Automate keeping track of our budget, by integrating with actual bank statements and simplify creating a budget for upcoming weeks.

I haven't found a good tool for project management yet. Some solutions are okay-ish, but so far none have ticked all the boxes (free, tightly integrated with Slack, easy to use).

The strongest contender right now is Clickup, which has (way too) many nice features. Sadly, some features that might make it a bit easier to adapt for non-nerds aren't available in the free version.

A much cleaner solution is https://kanbanflow.com. It has the basic features we need and a straightforward, uncluttered UI. No integration with Slack, but we might cobble up something ourselves. It might be a deal-breaker for some people that no mobile app is available.
