Create a single file output #2

Current output are multiple parquet parts and a single fid file. Ideally final output is a single parquet and fid geoparquet.

Single final parquet output should also filter out empty rows that don't get polyfilled.

I think we can close?

Output is currently a directory with parquet partitions per spatial partition.

Later we should perhaps partition based on h3 parentage.
