added "Rect-aligned text" GDI test and enhanced the "Lines" test in SvgGdiTest application
replaced dependency on discontinued Adobe's SVG control with dependency on WebBrowser control in test applications
implemented support for horizontal and vertical text alignment for single-lined text with known bounding rectangle
implemented support for complex (GraphicsPath-based) CustomLineCap pen style
minor bug fixes

@monoman while playing with the code I've noticed the copyright header inconsistency. In my opinion the license header in all files should be equipped with Copyright © 2010 SvgNet & SvgGdi Bridge Project... (assuming this actually means "monoman's repository at GitHub") as the original copyright holder Ben Peterson from RiskCare Ltd. became somehow net-inactive

That copyright came in the original code I copied into GitHub. I can accept a PR to fix that. :) Really I could not find Ben Peterson also. But the original licensing allow us to bring it back alive. Thank you for your help!
