Update ecommerce for GA4 item category hierarchy spec #3

The README currently links to the analytics.js Universal Analytics documentation for enhanced ecommerce. However, the fields are now different for Google Analytics 4 ecommerce measurement as seen in https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/ecommerce.

While many of the fields are the same, there are now category hierarchy fields.

Serkan on Discord suggested that sending category2 category5 should just work, but I think the code for PRODUCT_DETAILS and PRODUCT_DETAILS_MAPPING would have be updated to send ca2 - ca5.
