Can you add the labels so that this PR is accepted for hacktoberfest @mananchawla2005

it isnt showing if the repository is eligible for the hacktoberfest or not on the main page for gitlab url. also dark mode is not persisting when going from repos page to main page. Please look into it

Sorry @mananchawla2005 I misunderstood the assignment what I implemented is pertaining to Issue #51 this PR is support for repos to contribute to on gitlab. I now see that you were talking about on the homepage where you enter a url and it checks to see if it is eligible. Hacktoberfest Repository Checker
