In this pull request, I have introduced issue templates organized into three distinct categories: bug, feature, and other, as outlined in issue #23.

This enhancement aims to streamline the issue creation process, providing contributors with a structured format for their submissions.

By offering these templates, we can improve the clarity and consistency of issue reports, making it easier for both contributors and maintainers to communicate effectively and address problems or ideas efficiently

Yes it will be chosen by default, When someone clicks 'New Issue,' they'll need to choose the specific issue type just like as shown in the picture below image
