How to make bootia32 to boot Windows 10/11 (rufus sysreq removal) legacy mode/boot? #23

Since Windows 11 nowadays are able to be installed with legacy mode, isn't it possible for 32 bit uefi tablets/device that have 64 bit compatible cpu to run 64 bit Windows 10 or 11 with bootia32 version of uefiseven?
