Add option to update/install packages without weak dependencies #185

Can we add an option to exclude (not install) weak dependencies when packages are installed/updated? Maybe even allow to choose what weak dependencies to install and not to install? P.S. If there is such an option and I haven't found it, could you point me to it, please?
