I have tried to combine all changes for support Laravel 5.2

Sorry for the delay on this, and thank you very much for the PR @dlnsk! I just want to make it still be backward compatible with L4, so need to work out how to compare versions and load things accordingly!

Don't worry about it! Just make a separate branch for L4 like all maintainers doing.
