printing to logs added #15

system-logs folder added to the root directory
video analytics script was put into the scripts directory
the script output was also redirected to the system-log folder into the same-named log file

Hello Ivan, What I see from your code review is that you didn't get the idea of project scructure and the way py analytic scripts are integrated into. I would prefer you to:

get all the sources
add required software to the soft directory
run 'startup.bat'
execute any analytic tasks

After that investigate how execution of analytic task is implemented and then do the same for your task.
