added a submodule to the radare2-python repo #54

This repo contains a script that allows renaming the functions within radare2 to the names extracted using GoReSym.

The scripts or submodules for Ghidra, Ida and BinaryNinja already exist, but I was using radare2 and thus created the script and would publish it in order for people to use it if wanted.
