OpenVPN shows an error when starting it, but it seems to be in the previous version too, so I think we can merge this PR. @mandiant/commando-vm do you know what the issue is?

I think we should merge this PR before https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/pull/1054 as there is an open discussion in that PR and it may take some days to merge it.
