Diaphora was in the Tools\Utilities directory before as it was not possible to install it as a plugin. Thanks to the latest changes in Diaphora (see https://github.com/joxeankoret/diaphora/issues/301), now we can install it as an IDA plugin and it is available directly in IDA Pro after its installation.
