Remove updates from task scheduler #668

I would be good to disable/remove all of the updates (google/edge/system) from the task scheduler and related services. It would make for example fakenet pcap less noisy. I think we should be able to add this to the new debloat package.

I think this is not in the debloat package at the moment. @mandiant/commando-vm is this something you would like to add to the debloat package? or should we add it in the flare-vm config instead?
