Update all packages to use VM-Install-From-Zip #988

This completes the last step of https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/issues/749#issuecomment-2051487339

We still need to perform the 2nd step which is: Modify the script to generate packages, the issue template, and GH integration to only use VM-Install-From-Zip

We will also need to make sure we update any current PR's that might be using VM-Install-From-Github to use VM-Install-From-Zip instead.
