Implement existing capa explorer webui using Vue.js

Let's move the existing functionality to a Vue.js based application.

Minor feedback to discuss and consider for https://capa-webui.netlify.app/ (some of this may already be on your radar but I want to mention them here):

• [ ] Remove header column from "Program properties" (IMO it clutters the space)
• [ ] Consider a different name other than "Program properties" which may be misleading/confusing as some of the information e.g. Timestamp, Version, Extractor are specific to the capa analysis file. Maybe it can be removed all together to save space?
• [ ] "Toggle All" option isn't displayed when "Show capabilities" viewing mode is selected
• [ ] Remove "Rule Source" from the top of the modal that is displayed when clicking "Source" (IMO it clutters the space and some rules are long)
• [ ] What are the meanings behind the highlighting used in the "Match Count" and "Namespace" columns? Do we need a key of some sort? This highlighting isn't used in viewing mode "Show capabilities by function"
• [ ] Some rule matches have empty children e.g. optional, not, range
• [ ] Display the type (instruction, basic block, etc.) for subscope matches e.g subscope(basicblock) or basic block
• [ ] Keep number and offset displays consistent e.g. some are displayed as hex and others are not (IMO all should be hex)
• [ ] Add option to view rule source for match features
