Include web UI HTML in release/distribution and hint to it in tool options/output #2183

Include the single-page HTML in the

  1. release distributions and
  2. the PyPi distribution

Let's discuss a. if we want to add an option to view results interactively (store as JSON and open page locally) b. what information to include in the documentation and tool output/help to make this easy to use
