BUG - Packages requiring reboot: - myinstaller (exit code 3010)

Describe the bug and expected behavior During the install procedure it gets stuck in thsi phase, after each reboot same error occurs. Impossible to go furter. To Reproduce Just going through normal install procedure.

Attached Logs Chocolatey installed 1/1 packages. 0 packages failed. See the log for details (C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\logs\chocolatey.log).

same issue here tested with 1809 1903 1909 20H1 20H2 21H1 21H2. Seems like a Boxstarter Update broke something
