3.0 - Feature installer

First major update branch to be merged into dev:

• Rewrote the CommandoVM installer from scratch
  • Made a GUI installer using PoshGUI
  • Made a new non-interactive CLI installer
  • Standardized profile format with FLAREVM
  • Created placeholder profile files
• Changed the CommandoVM repo structure
  • Added a markdown documentation directory
    • Wrote documentation for using the new installer
    • Added placeholders for several other doc pages
• Added 47 packages to CommandoVM
  • 30 custom ones from the VM-Packages repo
  • 17 from the chocolatey community repo

I doubt that it is realistic for you to do a code review on the 1.5k line PowerShell install script, so I recommend that you do dynamic testing to see if it actually works and if the install instructions are clear. We will then address any major bugs or issues before merging.

• [x] Chocolatey and Boxstarter are not installed if they are missing
• [x] Fix MyGet metadata not pulling fully because of API pagination
• [x] Package count is wrong when adding a package from choco
• [x] FlareVM installer and common.vm show up in available packages
• [x] Fix disk space check returning true when we don't have enough space
• [x] Fix typos in some of the package names in the full profile
• [x] Replace Tamper Protection check text with Defender Disabled
• [x] Fix CLI installer ASCII art being broken inside powershell.exe
• [x] Add last Windows 10 and latest Windows 11 builds to compatible
• [x] Remove a duplicate MyGet repo addition
• [x] Change the check overwrite message, because its too scary
• [x] Fix ilspy.vm and putty.vm not installing with choco Upstream bug with VM-Packages
• [x] Check for already installed packages before proceeding with the install Upstream bug with VM-Packages

Improvements:

• [x] Move chocolatey and boxstarter install and configuration to after clicking "Install"
• [x] Make installation instructions more concise and move old ones to troubleshooting
• [x] CLI installer should default to the default profile if none specified
• [x] CLI installer should prompt for a password if it isn't provided
• [x] Better indicate that the current profile disk spaces are placeholders
• [x] Shorten CLI installer credits to just commandovm@mandiant.com
• [x] Add a note saying "if no password then leave the field blank"

Addressed a ton of bugs and enhancement requests from @day1player. Will test all fixes on Win 10 and Win 11 and report back once everything is confirmed.
