Update dnspy #337

dnspy 6.1.8 is released which is causing issues.

dnspy.flare v6.1.7.0
dnspy.flare package files upgrade completed. Performing other installation steps.
Attempt to get headers for https://github.com/0xd4d/dnSpy/releases/download/v6.1.7/dnSpy-net472.zip failed.

Hi @zaqes , we just updated dnspy to v6.1.8. Please give it another shot and let us know if you still have issues installing dnspy.
