Installation on windows 10 can't get through because one download starts but never finishes

It might be because of my locale (Singapore), but the x64dbg never gets downloaded from sourceforge. It starts, downloads about 140kb, stops and never resumes, the same happens when I do it from the machines or my computer's browsers. Please provide a way to skip certain tools, download them separately or later, or implement a different source for this tool (OSDN's links seem fine). Basically any file that the script tries to download from sourceforge.com is getting stuck very fast and makes the installation take hours longer than it should.

I wish that you find time to fix this, my boss needs a couple of FlareVMs for malware analysis and I can't seem to find a working VM so I tried to make a new one unsuccessfully.
