TOR Browser Broken Install Link #476

The URL provided to Chocolatey results in a 404 error (torbrowser-install-win64-12.5.1_ALL.exe

Manually checking indicates that the 404 is correct

Recommend updating build script URL call in chocolatey to

https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/13.0a1/torbrowser-install-13.0a1_ALL.exe

This will resolve the 404 error
