Remove TOOL_LIST_SHORTCUT from the GUI #505

TOOL_LIST_SHORTCUT has been removed in https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/pull/656. We removed it from the config in https://github.com/mandiant/flare-vm/pull/492, but we didn't remove it from the GUI. Screenshot 2023-10-11 at 10 52 34

Remove also some some old commented code.
