Details

Add CyberChef to bookmark bar in Chrome
Set Chrome to default for .html files
Set Chrome as default browser (Default apps)

Needs: https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/issues/296

Idea: It may be better to add this to the cyberchef package 🤔

Tracked in https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/issues/725 as I think it makes sense add this directly to the packages
