Should we delete releases? #524

Details

I think flare-vm releases are confusing because installing the same version of flare-vm twice (in different days) may produce a different result for example containing updated/different tools (if the package has been updated in VM-Packages or if a package url is broken). We are recommending in the README to use the installer in the main branch, but some people have tried to use the latest release, which may fail because of an issue that has already fixed (for example if using an unsupported chocolatey or powershell version). I suggest we delete the releases to avoid confusion.
