FLARE VM Install Customization window NOT pre-populated (Available to Install field is empty) #552

What's the problem?

I ran the install.ps1 and when the Chocolatey gets to the "FLARE VM Install Customization" window there is nothing pre-populated in the Package Capture Installation Customization (Available to Install field is empty)

Steps to Reproduce

Run install.ps1

Environment

Capture Capture chocolatey.1.log chocolatey.log choco.summary.log

Additional Information

No response

According to your logs, chocolatey can't access the feed. Please ensure you have internet connection in your VM. If you need further assistance, please provide all the information required in the bug issue template including all the requested information about your environment.
