[config] Add new packages & adapt renamed ones #595

Add the recently added JS deobfucators packages. Needs https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/pull/1049.
Adapt packages renamed in https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/pull/1044.

Any other packages that we should add to the default configuration?
