any version of library that could be used in devices that use micropython

where i can use PICO PICOW ESP etc

Sorry, not here at the moment. You could have a look at this, https://github.com/fotopretty/PZEM004Tupython but its for the PZEM-004T (not V3 version)

Alternatively there is this modbus library https://github.com/brainelectronics/micropython-modbus which you could use to read the values form your PZEM-004T-V3
