Inconsistent heading format #20

Used orange header for the rest of the features.

This affects the TOC as well (Design considerations doesn't show up under Edit appointment)

Accepted, but it is a cosmetic issue which should be classified under severity VeryLow.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: I don't think that it is purely a cosmetic flaw because many users would rely on the ToC to navigate to a particular subsection, especially since the DG is very long. So the potential of missing out on reading that subsection is possible, or another case would be it causes some inconvenience for users to have to search through the entire DG to find that missing subsection from the ToC.
