Code is not working OOTB #1

@manfredsteyer Great post! However, I found that your code does not work out of the box. And there are some inconsistencies with the snippets in the post too. Could you please ammend it?

Btw I couldn't find any reference to the Angular4 Universal new documentation. Is there any out there? Lots of changes since last version... Thanks.
