Increase speed limit of amulets of speed #495

Issue raised by warrior

Amulets of Speed should be upgraded to 1d6 instead of 1d3. Having play tested them now for almost 10 years it's safe to say they're too small to actually be of any real use. Their depth and rarity should be changed as well, to match this increase in power. It currently is: A:30/16 which could be changed to A:30/24 | A:60/16 | A:80/12 for example

This is arguable. Amulet's of speed are designed this way for a purpose. I don't personally think we need more powerful speed items in the game. Removing amulets of speed would make more sense!

I would vote to keep these the same. Personally I find +3 speed to be a HUGE benefit.

It's been a long while since I played enough to "know this". While I generally trust my old self, I sort of have a feeling that 1d6 might be overpowered. Yet, 1d3 doesn't make for a very useful item. Not all by design arguments means it's perfectly designed. Maybe it'd be better with 1d4 if anything. As always I think we should consider adding more depths for many different items.
