Custom App Directories #143

In a future update, it would be nice if Latest could find outdated software that is not in the normal "applications" folders. This would be very helpful since I tend to keep a ton of software programs that I don't regularly use on one of my backup disks.

Other than that, Latest is the one app that I've been missing for several years. Great job!

I already had that on my mental to-do list, thank you for writing that down! Glad so see someone actually needing this :) I hope to do that in an upcoming version

As mentioned in #265, a possible workaround would be to symlink custom folders within ~/Applications.
