Transport System #112

Is not working properly. Transports move but Teleport does not work during "loading screen".

do other teleport spells are working? i mean, mages teleports and similar

this is different teleports

try change int32 to int8 here https://github.com/mangos/server/blob/master/src/game/Object.cpp#L433
