Weapon and Defence Skills #92

If you hit with a Weapon the skill increases, this feature was removed. If you get hit by a Creature of your Level or Higher by 4+ you gain Defence Skill, which was removed. do you have a link where it is explained how it should work? Just for documentation, so we got a prove.
