After all adds are dead she does not reappear and the encounter is stuck. How it should work: After all adds are dead she should return.

This shouldn't happen. Are you using standard core, or custom core?

Also, your comment is wrong -> How it should work: After a timer of 20 seconds she returns on a random spotlight. It doesn't matter what happens with the adds.
