[Spell/Pet] Water elemental freeze cast fix. #35

I ported a patch from TC. It makes you able to cast WE freeze while autocasting Waterbolt. Im not sure if its 100% blizzlike, but it sure is blizzlike enough for me and my friends ;) So here is the patch:
