How to reproduce:
Cast Shadowstep, then cast any spell which does a melee attack (i used sinister strike)
How it works:
Gives you 2 buffs (36563 is the bugged one actually)
One gives movement increasement, one should increase damage by 20% on next attack, but it doesnt.
How it should work:
The aura 36563 which is given to you should increase your damage by 20% on your next attack.
Note:
I find this issue very wierd as the spell effect has a generic solution and i checked DBC values, and they seem to be correct as well. Anyways, this does not work as intended.
