vmap extraction on case-sensitive file systems fails #19

Using the vmap extraction tool under Linux / OS X will horribly fail, due to the clients MPQ files being installed as Data/name.MPQ, not Data/name.mpq.

This has been fixed in master in commit 83d5cbe0555ece2386314ded6fe7def9edd49789, in movemaps feature branch in commit b1c40595b5fda00573bcc46c2459fed93d25936f.
