Shaman totem spells buyable... #34

In the current release a shaman, at least a Tauren shaman, can purchase his totem spells without doing the quests. The spells do not function due to lacking the totems, but I do not believe this is how it worked originally. You had to do the quests to learn these spells and earn the totems.

Seems more like a DB probleme than a core problem.

This is where I was linked from the actual forums, so I assumed it was the correct spot. If not, maybe TheLuda or another mod can move it?
