Battlegrounds are not accessible / Need scripting and missing NPCs #96

Most battlegrounds have a few issues.

Some battlegrounds need rewriting, scripting and missing NPCs spawned.

Battleground instance portals do not do anything (they should open the window on the client to queue for the battleground).
